As the political certainty of a majority government takes effect, the UK property market is seeing an immediate boost in both activity and price growth.
These early indications suggest it would be prudent to act with relative haste to secure the best possible rental yields and the greatest potential for capital appreciation.
Whilst it is currently an opportune time to purchase property in the UK, it remains to be a marketplace that requires expert navigation in order to secure a property that offers both good rental yields and capital growth prospects. It is not simply a case of any property will do.

Cost of buy-to-let 5-year fixes falls: The cost of five-year fixed rate buy-to-let mortgages has fallen as we enter 2020. “We did detect the buy-to-let market was holding its breath until the election was out of the way.
